Telecaller

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with new kitchen partners to facilitate smooth onboarding.

• Conduct training sessions on platform usage, order management, and compliance standards.

• Ensure all required documentation is collected, verified, and processed.

• Work closely with the operations team to ensure kitchen partners meet quality and hygiene standards.

• Assist kitchen partners with menu configuration, pricing, and item descriptions.

• Troubleshoot operational issues and provide ongoing support to new kitchens.

• Maintain detailed records of onboarding progress and report updates to relevant stakeholders.

• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, customer support, and logistics) for a seamless onboarding experience.

• Ensure adherence to food safety regulations and company guidelines.

• Gather feedback from kitchen partners and suggest process improvements.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business administration, or a related field.

• 1-3 years of experience in kitchen operations, food tech, or the hospitality industry.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.

• Ability to train and support new kitchen partners effectively.

• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with onboarding tools/platforms.

• Preferred Skills:

• Experience in food delivery or cloud kitchen operations.

• Understanding of restaurant management systems and POS platforms.

• Customer-centric approach with strong negotiation skills.
