Understand customer need and handle their queries
Close a customer sale and achieve targets quarterly
Generate leads and make calls to potential customers

8. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with their purchase and encourage repeat business.
9. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for improving sales performance and customer satisfaction.
10. Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential sales opportunities
