Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Tele caller to join our sales/marketing/customer service team. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining our products/services, and closing sales or generating leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers using the provided database.

• Explain the company's products/services and answer queries.

• Follow up on previous interactions and maintain customer relationships.

• Generate leads and convert them into sales or appointments.

• Maintain records of calls and useful information in CRM systems.

• Handle customer complaints or objections professionally.

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions.

Requirements:

• Minimum [10+2 / Graduate] or equivalent qualification.

• Previous experience in telecalling, BPO, sales, or customer service preferred.

• Good communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional Languages].

• Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM software is a plus.

• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.

• Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 0 - 1 years of experience.
