Job Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Tele Sales Representative with 3+ years of experience in outbound sales and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, a deep understanding of tele-sales techniques, and a passion for driving business growth. You will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and converting opportunities into sales over the phone. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and qualify potential leads through cold calling, follow-up calls, and leveraging existing databases.

• Sales Conversations: Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers, present products/services effectively, and close sales.

• Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product features, benefits, and pricing to answer client inquiries and effectively pitch solutions.

• Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

• Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

• CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activity, and sales pipeline in the CRM system.

• Customer Support: Provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and assist with any issues or inquiries.

• Market Feedback: Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in tele-sales, outbound sales, or inside sales, preferably in [industry, e.g., B2B/B2C, technology, insurance, etc.].

• Sales Skills: Strong sales acumen with a proven track record of achieving sales quotas.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade potential customers.

• Problem-Solving: Ability to understand customer needs, offer appropriate solutions, and handle objections effectively.

• CRM Proficiency: Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) to manage leads and sales activities.

• Goal-Oriented: Strong focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets, with a drive for results.

• Time Management: Effective time management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
