Position - Tele caller Experience - 0-1 yr roles & responsibilities :- Outbound Calls: Making outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services. Inbound Calls: Handling incoming calls, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints. Lead Generation: Identifying and qualifying potential leads through telecalling. Sales: Explaining product features, benefits, and pricing to generate interest and persuade customers to make purchases or schedule appointments.
