Monitor key performance metrics such as driver activity, login hours, trip acceptance rates cancellations, and service levels 6. Troubleshoot and resolve driver concerns regarding earnings, app usage, and service-related queries. 7. Identify operational inefficiencies and suggest improvements to enhance the driver experience 8. Work closely with internal teams to optimize onboarding, compliance, and driver engagement processes
