Primary Duties

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective students from our lead database

• Effectively communicate course offerings, schedules, pricing, and unique benefits

• Guide interested candidates through the enrollment process

• Document all interactions and follow-up actions in our CRM system

• Respond to incoming inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email

• Provide regular updates to sales and academic departments

• Attend weekly team meetings to discuss targets and achievements

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+2 or any graduate degree

• Strong communication skills in English and Tamil (Hindi beneficial)

• Previous experience in telesales, customer support, or EdTech preferred

• Effective listening and persuasion abilities

• Basic computer and smartphone proficiency

• Growth mindset and team-oriented attitude
