Telecaller

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, providing information on our products/services, and guiding them through the sales process. If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy interacting with people, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and engage them in conversation.

• Provide information about products and services, answering any questions or concerns.

• Qualify leads and identify potential sales opportunities.

• Maintain accurate records of calls made, customer interactions, and sales progress in our CRM system.

• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

• Follow up on leads and maintain ongoing communication with potential clients.

• Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets and performance metrics.

• Collaborate with the sales team and provide feedback on customer responses and market trends.

• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is a plus.

• Proven experience as a Telecaller or in a similar sales role is preferred.

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to speak clearly and persuasively, with a friendly and professional demeanor.

• Strong listening skills and the ability to handle objections effectively.

• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
