• Outbound/Inbound Calls: Make or receive calls to potential customers.

• Customer Interaction: Provide information about products or services.

• Sales & Lead Generation: Promote products, generate leads, and close sales.

• Data Entry: Maintain customer records in the CRM system.

• Follow-ups: Follow up with leads and customers for feedback or further action.

• Target Achievement: Meet monthly or daily sales targets.

• Problem Resolution: Address customer queries and complaints professionally.

• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and listening skills to communicate effectively.
