Telecaller

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

• Inform customers about company products/services and address their inquiries.

• Generate leads .

• Maintain a database of customer information and update records in the CRM system.

• Follow up with potential clients to nurture relationships and close sales.

• Meet monthly targets for calls and sales.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th passed or graduation.

• Previous experience as a Tele caller, Tele sales Representative, or in a similar role is an advantage.

• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.

• Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.

• Persuasive and goal-oriented mindset.

• Basic knowledge of computers .

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
