ROLE: TELESALES OFFICER

Introduction

We’re looking for a skilled telecaller to join as a customer service representative to enable the same. Telecalling work involves learning processes and scripts, so the ideal candidate will have to be a quick learner. Keen observation skills and the ability to gauge tiny important details through a phone conversation go a long way. The ideal telecaller candidate should be able to absorb customer feedback and make the customers feel heard while generating leads and meeting sales objectives.

Required skills and qualifications

▪︎Strong communication skills.

▪︎Basic Computer Knowledge.

▪︎ 10th and 12th required[ANY]

▪︎ Ability to close sales through the right negotiation skills.

▪︎Generate sales by making cold calls to active or old clients.

▪︎Domestic process (Personal Loan Product).

▪︎Help the company grow by finding opportunities in customer requirements.
