• Call and follow up with leads

• Explain personal loan & financial products

• Help customers complete loan applications

• Update CRM and coordinate with team

• Meet daily/weekly targets

• Good communication (Hindi/Basic English)

• Must have a smartphone

• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp & Excel
