Job Description:

We are looking for motivated and results-driven Telesales Executives to
join our dynamic team. The role involves making outbound calls to
potential customers, promoting products or services, and achieving sales
targets. You will play a key role in driving the company’s sales
efforts through effective communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers to promote and sell products/services.

Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales.

Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis.

Provide excellent customer service and handle objections professionally.

Work closely with team leaders and managers to improve sales strategies.

Requirements:

Education: 12th PUC or above.

Language Skills: Must be fluent in Hindi and English.

Ability to work 6 days a week (Sunday off).
