Position: Sales Support Executive
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential and to the customers to promote products and generate sales.
• Handle inbound sales inquiries and resolve customer queries efficiently.
• Assist customers with product selection, order placement, and after-sales support.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the product range to answer questions and offer relevant solutions.
• Identify and qualify sales opportunities through phone conversations.
• Work closely with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Manage and update the customer database with accurate information on leads and sales activities.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Provide timely feedback to the management regarding customer concerns, competitive activity, and potential improvements.
• Collaborate with the e-commerce and marketing teams to drive promotional campaigns.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Proven experience in sales support or telesales, preferably in the e-commerce industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong phone presence and active listening skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and CRM software.
• Target-driven with a passion for delivering results.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
