Job Description

A leading BPO service provider catering to a Dubai-based clientele, is hiring 2 Female Customer Relationship Executives. The role involves lead-based calling and customer onboarding. Candidates with a stock market background are highly preferred.🛠️ Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound lead-based calls to potential customers. Guide customers through the onboarding process.Understand customer queries and resolve them professionally.Maintain daily reports of calls and conversions.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding.Participate in a 1-month training program for product and process knowledge.🎯 Skills & Experience:Good communication skills in Hindi and English.Female candidates only, preferably with stock market exposure.Freshers: Salary ₹12,000 – ₹15,000Experienced (Preferred): Salary ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 + IncentivesMinimum 3-month probation period after training.Strong interpersonal and client-handling skills.
