We are looking for a dynamic and confident Tele caller to join our showroom team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls, following up with customers, providing product information etc. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about new arrivals, offers, or services. Answer incoming calls from customers and provide accurate information.Follow up on leads generated through campaigns, or online inquiries.Schedule appointments and showroom visits for interested customers.Maintain and update customer databases.Handle customer queries professionally and escalate when required.Assist in achieving monthly showroom targets by promoting sales.Work closely with the sales team to track inquiries and conversions.Requirements:Education: Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.Experience: 0–2 years in telecalling, customer service, or sales.
