Job Summary:

We are looking for an IT Tele Sales Representative to generate new business leads, build relationships with existing clients, and sell our IT products and services to customers via telephone and email. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of IT solutions, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales:

1. Generate new business leads and follow up on existing leads to close sales deals.
2. Sell IT products and services, such as software, Website And Digital services services.
3. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
4. Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential customers.

Customer Relationship Management:

1. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
2. Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
3. Provide exceptional customer service and support.
4.
Communication:

1. Effectively communicate the value proposition of our IT products and services.
2. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
3. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and technical support.

Administrative:

1. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance.
2. Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and product updates.
3. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and sales processes.
