Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services.

• Handle inbound inquiries and provide relevant information.

• Follow up on leads and maintain a database of customer information.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets.

• Address customer queries and resolve issues professionally.

• Record all conversations and maintain call logs for reference.
