Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

• Explain products or services and answer customer queries.

• Generate leads and schedule appointments.

• Follow up on leads and customer inquiries.

• Maintain customer records and update the database.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

• Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.

• Report daily call logs and outcomes to the team leader.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in tele calling, customer service, or a similar role.

• Excellent verbal communication skills.

• Strong listening and negotiation skills.

• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.

• Ability to handle rejection and meet targets.

• Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in inbound call /customer support.

• Multilingual skills are a plus
