Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and confident Tele caller to join our team. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Bengali, Hindi, and English to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential customers, follow up on leads, and provide information about our products/services. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers.Handle inbound inquiries and resolve customer queries.Explain products/services clearly and persuasively.Maintain records of calls and update customer information.Follow up on leads and ensure timely communication.Requirements:Fluency in Bengali, Hindi, and English is mandatory.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems).Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.Previous telecalling or customer service experience is a plus.
