Work Schedule:

- Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

- Saturday: 9:30 AM – 15:00 PM

- Sunday: Closed

Job Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic and skilled Telecallers to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our insurance products and services. You will also answer customer inquiries, provide information about policies, and generate leads to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients, introducing and promoting insurance products and services.

• Answer customer inquiries regarding insurance policies, coverage options, and pricing.

• Gather customer feedback to improve service delivery and product offerings.

• Provide detailed information on the benefits of insurance policies and guide customers through the selection process.

• Maintain and update client information in the CRM system.

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, lead generation, and sales.

• Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into customers and drive business growth.

• Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

• Stay updated on the latest insurance products and market trends.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred.

• High school diploma or equivalent (further education is a plus).

• Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.

• Basic understanding of insurance products is an advantage.

• Excellent verbal communication skills.

• Ability to handle customer inquiries and objections effectively.

• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
