Understanding of customers financial needs and offer custom solutions
Update customer records and maintain accurate documentation of all interactions
Meet monthly targets of lead conversion and customer satisfaction goals
Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and customer service, to resolve customer issues
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Experience with Banks/ NBFCs and/ or unsecured loan products to be added advantage.
