Telecaller

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Telecalling Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound/inbound calls to customers, handling inquiries, and providing excellent customer service. The role requires good communication skills, patience, and the ability to persuade customers when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.

• Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries efficiently.

• Maintain a database of customer information and update records regularly.

• Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into sales or appointments.

• Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.

• Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate unresolved issues when required.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the management.

• Adhere to company policies and call scripts while ensuring a positive customer experience.

• Provide feedback to the team regarding customer concerns and service improvements.

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 0 - 2 years of experience.
