Responsibilities:
Client Communication:
Make outbound calls to potential clients or leads to discuss their interior design requirements.
Answer inbound calls and provide information about the company’s products and services.
Address client queries regarding pricing, designs, packages, and timelines.
Lead Generation:
Identify and qualify potential leads by asking probing questions related to interior design projects.
Convert inquiries into scheduled appointments or consultations for the design team.
Appointment Scheduling:
Set up appointments for interior designers or sales representatives to meet with clients.
Coordinate follow-up calls and reminders to ensure clients are reminded of appointments.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong customer relationships by offering excellent service.
Keep a detailed record of all communications, customer preferences, and project details in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
Sales & Upselling:
Promote and upsell products, services, and packages related to interior design.
Achieve sales targets by actively engaging with potential clients and securing new projects.
Product Knowledge:
Stay up to date with the latest trends in interior design and the company’s product offerings.
Provide accurate and detailed information on design services, products, and the company’s portfolio.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the interior design team and sales department to ensure client requirements are understood and met.
Assist with coordinating client feedback or requests and communicating them to the relevant department.
