Understand customer need and handle their queries
Close a customer sale and achieve targets quarterly
Generate leads and make calls to potential customers
Manage time to handle multiple calls

Job Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers regarding credit card services.
Explain credit card features, benefits, and offers effectively.
Convince customers to apply for credit cards based on their needs.
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
Maintain records of calls and update customer details in the system.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Eligibility Criteria:

Experience: Freshers are welcome.
Education: Minimum 12th pass or equivalent.
Skills Required:
Good communication skills in Hindi/English.
Basic knowledge of banking and financial services.
Persuasive and negotiation skills.
