Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Tele Caller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 2 to 2.5 years of experience in tele calling, with excellent communication and persuasion skills. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and sales.·&Handle inbound customer queries and provide necessary information about products/services.·& Follow up on leads and maintain a database of customer interactions.·& Explain products and services to prospective clients and answer their queries.·       Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business targets.·       Maintain a high level of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.·       Record customer details and feedback accurately in the system.·       Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call targets.Key Skills & Requirements:·       2 to 2.5 years of experience in tele calling, telesales, or customer service.·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.·       Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.·       Ability to handle objections and resolve customer queries effectively.·       Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (if applicable).·       Ability to work in a target-driven environment.·       Strong listening skills and attention to detail.
