Job Description
- Understand customer need and handle their queries
- Close sales and achieve quarterly targets
- Generate leads and make calls to potential customers
- Achieve sales targets and build customer relationships
• Lead Generation & Conversion: Proactively contact potential clients to promote and sell various financial products, including insurance policies, stock market investments, banking services, credit cards, loans, and LIC schemes.
• Client Consultation: Understand the financial needs and objectives of clients to recommend suitable products, ensuring a personalized customer experience.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of all financial products offered, staying updated with the latest market trends and product features.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Follow-Up: Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients to maintain engagement and encourage product uptake.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions using the company's CRM system, and provide timely reports to management.
