As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, explaining our services/products, and generating leads. Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients or leads

• Explain the products/services to prospective customers in a clear and compelling manner

• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the database

• Follow up on leads and schedule appointments for the sales team

• Meet or exceed daily/weekly targets for call volume and conversions

• Maintain a positive attitude and approach towards customers

Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)

• Strong listening skills and a customer-centric approach

• Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude

• Previous experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus but not required

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.)
