Telecaller

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers.

• Handle inbound inquiries and provide information about our products/services.

• Verify customer details and schedule appointments.

• Maintain customer records and follow up on leads and appointments.

• Meet daily/weekly call targets.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in English (Kannada and Hindi also, if possible).

• Prior experience in tele-calling/sales is a plus, but not mandatory.

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel & Word).

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).

• Experience: 1 year (This can be overlooked for the right candidate).
