Telecaller

In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing both inbound and outbound calls, conducting cold calls to potential audiences, and following up with current customers to maintain strong relationships. • Follow a provided script while tailoring the conversation based on customer needs to close sales.

• Achieve daily/weekly sales targets while maintaining call quality and compliance standards.
