Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to inform them about products/services
Answer incoming calls from customers to address inquiries and resolve issues
Maintain records of calls and customer details in the database (CRM)
Follow up on leads and maintain good customer relationships
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets
Provide accurate information and handle complaints or concerns professionally
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls professionally
Understand customer needs and pitch suitable property options
Follow up with potential leads and convert them into successful sales
Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
Work towards achieving monthly sales targets
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is a plus
Proven experience as a Telecaller or in a similar customer service/sales role is preferred
Excellent communication skills in English & Tamil
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems
Ability to remain calm and handle rejections positively
