We are looking for a dedicated Telecaller with expertise in the B2C Sales sector to join our team at Vande Bharat Service Private Limited in Azamgarh, located at Abupur. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing both inbound and outbound calls, conducting cold calls to potential audiences, and following up with current customers to maintain strong relationships. Key Responsibilities:

Contact potential customers over the phone to introduce products/services and generate sales.
Follow a provided script while tailoring the conversation based on customer needs to close sales.

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have 0-1 years of experience in customer service or a telecaller role and should be proficient in Hindi. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. This position requires Below 10th, and the candidate should be willing to work 6 days working during the Day shift.
