Telecaller (Lead Qualifier & Appointment Setter)

Position: Full-time
Reports to: Sales Manager
Location: Ludhiana

Key Responsibilities:

• Call leads generated from campaigns, ads, WhatsApp messages, and emailers.

• Use provided script to qualify interest and explain value proposition briefly.

• Fix appointments for Zoom demo with Sales Agent.

• Update call disposition and remarks in Zoho CRM for every lead.

• Maintain daily productivity (Target: 60 connected calls/day).

Key Skills:

• Excellent phone communication skills in Hindi/Punjabi/English.

• Basic computer/CRM knowledge.

• Polite, persuasive, and result-oriented attitude.

Qualifications:

• 0-2 years experience in calling/BPO/sales preferred.

• Minimum Graduate.

Salary:

• Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month + Incentive
