••Position Overview:••
We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented ••Telecaller•• to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, and providing excellent customer service. The role involves promoting products/services, generating leads, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

### ••Key Responsibilities:••
1. ••Outbound & Inbound Calls:••
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to explain products/services.
- Handle inbound calls and address customer inquiries efficiently.

2. ••Lead Generation & Sales:••
- Identify and generate sales leads through calls and follow-ups.
- Persuade customers to purchase products or avail services.

3. ••Customer Support:••
- Provide detailed information about products/services to customers.
- Resolve customer queries and escalate complex issues when necessary.

4. ••Data Management:••
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.
- Update CRM or database with relevant customer information.

5. ••Follow-ups & Relationship Building:••
- Follow up on potential leads to convert them into customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

6. ••Target Achievement:••
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
- Work towards achieving customer satisfaction and retention goals.

### ••Required Skills & Qualifications:••

- ••Education:•• High school diploma or graduation (any discipline).
- ••Experience:•• 0-3 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales.
- ••Language Skills:•• Proficiency in English, Hindi, or regional languages (as required).
- ••Technical Skills:•• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
- ••Soft Skills:••
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Patience and ability to handle customer objections professionally.
- Good listening skills and a customer-centric approach.

### ••Preferred Qualifications:••
- Prior experience in telesales, customer service, or call centers.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and objection handling.
- Experience in banking, insurance, real estate, or similar industries is a plus.
