We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Home Decor Specialist to assist clients in enhancing their living spaces through expert styling, decor selection, and personalized design recommendations. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for aesthetics, strong communication skills, and a passion for home design trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to understand their style preferences, needs, and budget.

• Recommend and arrange furniture, lighting, accessories, and color schemes.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in home decor and interior design.

• Source and select decor items that align with the client’s vision.

• Stage homes for events, photoshoots, or real estate showings.

• Collaborate with vendors, contractors, or design teams when needed.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing workspace or showroom.

Qualifications:

• Experience in home decor, interior design, or related field (1–3 years preferred).

• Strong sense of style and attention to detail.

• Ability to create mood boards and visual presentations.

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

• Knowledge of design software (e.g., SketchUp, AutoCAD, or Canva) is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and move decor items or small furniture.

• Comfortable standing and walking during site visits or showroom hours.
