Telecaller

Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers or clients, explaining our products or services, handling inquiries, and converting leads into sales. This role involves communication via phone calls, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Outreach: Initiate outbound calls to potential clients or customers to introduce products or services, explain offerings, and generate interest.

• Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads by gathering relevant customer information and understanding their needs.

• Product Explanation: Provide detailed information about products or services and assist customers in making informed decisions.

• Sales Conversion: Persuade and influence customers to make purchases or take actions, meeting daily or monthly sales targets.

• Customer Inquiries: Handle inbound calls from customers, answer their queries, resolve issues, and provide information on services or products.

• Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of calls made, customer interactions, inquiries, and sales in the CRM system.

• Follow-up: Follow up with potential leads and clients to ensure continued interest, schedule appointments, or finalize sales.

• Customer Feedback: Collect feedback from customers to improve services and understand customer needs and satisfaction.

• Maintain Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with product offerings, pricing, and market trends to provide accurate information to customers.

• Compliance: Ensure all calls and activities are compliant with company policies and legal standards.
