Key Responsibilities
Sales Tele-calling
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell hostel services.
• Maintain a database of leads and follow up regularly to convert inquiries into bookings.
• Provide accurate and relevant information about the properties, location, facilities, pricing etc.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
Customer Support
• Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information about services, bookings, and policies.
• Schedule and coordinate property visits for prospective clients.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively. Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer needs are met.
Walk-In Customer Assistance
• Greet and assist walk-in customers at kiosk setups with professionalism and enthusiasm.
