ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

l Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate sales leads.

l Present and promote products or services to existing and potential customers.

l Manage and maintain customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

l Achieve and exceed sales targets.

l Provide accurate information about products and services, addressing any queries or concerns.

l Record and update customer information and sales activities.

l Follow up with leads and prospects to convert them into customers.

l Collaborate with the sales team to improve strategies and achieve sales goals.
