Experience- 1-3 Years ( in personal loan and overdraft sales)

Key Responsibilities

·         Handling Outbound Calls

·         Communicate respectfully and politely with potential customers at all times.

·         Personal Loan & OD product to sell directly to customers

·         Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.

·         Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.

·         Listening to the customers' needs to generate repeat sales.

·         Gathering and documenting customer information

·         Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new products.

·         Answering customers' questions on the products.

·         Meeting sales quotas.

Skills Required-

·         Excellent oral and written communication skills

·         Proficient in Microsoft Office tools

·         Outstanding ability to follow scripts

·         Pleasant and customer-oriented individual

·         Ability to handle multiple tasks
