Job Description
- Understand customer need and handle their queries
- Close a customer sale and achieve targets quarterly
- Generate leads and make calls to potential customers
- Manage time to handle multiple calls
Key Responsibilities: TELESALES EXECUTIVE RESPONSIBILITIES :
2. Should Be Responsible For Cross-Selling & Up-Selling
3. Resolve All The Customer Queries.
4. Give Good Assistance to the Customer About Health Insurance & Make Sales.
5. Maintain Accurate Record Of All Calls Made And Received.
6. Should Be Able To Liaise With The Appropriate Department To Resolve Customer Complaints.
