Explain Services: Effectively communicate the services offered by the company, including the car evaluation, inspection, paperwork, and the benefits of selling or scrapping through the company.
Price Quotation: Provide accurate quotations for car scrapping based on the customer’s vehicle details, condition, and market standards.
Schedule Appointments: Book appointments for vehicle inspection and collection at customer convenience.
Follow-Up: Conduct follow-ups to convert leads into sales, resolve pending issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
