Job Summary: We are (AV CORE) seeking a motivated and dynamic Telesales Executive to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via phone calls, explaining the features and benefits of our Home Theater products, and driving sales through effective communication and product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to leads and potential customers to promote and sell our Home Theater systems.

Engage customers by identifying their needs and recommending suitable products.

Deliver compelling pitches that highlight the benefits of our Home Theater systems, including sound quality, features, and ease of use.

Answer questions about the product, pricing, and availability while providing excellent customer service.

Maintain and update customer records in our CRM system.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Follow up with leads and prospects to close sales.

Handle customer objections and inquiries in a professional manner.

Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
