Job Requirements:

The ideal candidates for this role should have 6 months years of experience in telecalling or customer service experience with language skills in hindi andMarathi. The role is responsible for addressing customer concerns, offering guidance, and escalating issues as needed. This position requires 10th and availability to work 6 days during the Day shift.
