We are looking for a dedicated Tele Sales Executive with expertise in the Hospitality And Travel Tourism sector to join our team at EPSILON CLUB AND RESORT PVT LTD in Ahmedabad, located at Thaltej-Shilaj Road. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing both inbound and outbound calls, conducting cold calls to potential audiences, and following up with current customers to maintain strong relationships. The position offers 15k To 20k additonal Incentives along with a dynamic work environment.Key Responsibilities:Contact potential customers over the phone to introduce products/services and generate sales.Follow a provided script while tailoring the conversation based on customer needs to close sales.Document customer details, purchase history, reactions, and feedback for future reference.Build good connections with customers, listen, and address their questions to maximize engagement.Achieve daily/weekly sales targets while maintaining call quality and compliance standards.Create a report on customer preferences, trends, and sales obstacles to enhance future sales strategies.Job Requirements:The ideal candidate should have 6 Month to 3 years of experience in customer service or a telecaller role and should be proficient in Gujarati,Hindi,English.
