(Liabilities Products) Job Title: Tele sales Executive
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling & Lead Generation: Make 150+ daily calls to generate and qualify leads for liability products (CASA, loans, credit cards, etc.).
Sales Pitching: Understand and pitch banking products effectively to prospects, highlighting benefits and features.
Sales Collaboration: Work with the branch sales team to convert leads and close deals.
Target Achievement: Meet monthly closures target for liability products and contribute to sales growth.
Customer Management: Build relationships with clients, address queries, and provide tailored solutions.
Reporting: Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales reports.
Process Improvement: Refine sales techniques and share feedback to improve lead generation and conversion.
Training: Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
Market Research: Monitor competitor offerings and provide insights to stay competitive.
Customer Retention: Ensure high customer satisfaction by offering ongoing support and personalized solutions.
Qualifications:
Strong communication and sales skills.
Target-driven with tele sales experience preferred.
