We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Tele calling Executive fluent in Telugu, Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, Malayalam to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, promoting products/services, and ensuring customer satisfaction while communicating effectively in multiple languages.

Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads. Provide information about products/services in Telugu, Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, Malayalam as per customer preference. Address customer queries, complaints, and provide resolutions in a polite and professional manner. Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales in the CRM system. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets and sales goals. Build rapport with customers to enhance trust and loyalty. Collaborate with the team to improve call scripts and customer engagement strategies.

Skills and Qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Prior experience in tele calling, customer service, or sales is preferred. Ability to handle objections and work under pressure to meet targets. Basic computer skills (e.g., MS Office, CRM software). Positive attitude, patience, and a customer-centric approach.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus. Proficiency in additional languages (e.g., English) is an advantage. Willingness to work in shifts if required.
