Job Title: Tele Sales Executive

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Experience: Fresher or Experienced (0–2 Years)

Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and energetic Tele Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential merchants, explaining the onboarding process, and converting leads into successful partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective merchants for onboarding

• Explain our products and services clearly and convincingly

• Handle objections, answer queries, and follow up on leads

• Maintain and update the CRM with accurate call logs and details

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for onboarding

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of merchants

• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and Kannada, English / (Regional Language)

• Confidence in handling outbound sales calls

• Prior experience in tele sales or merchant onboarding is an advantage
