As the largest company of its kind in Bangalore, we operate six retail stores, a dedicated warehouse, and a customer-centric service model. With ambitious expansion plans across South India, we are looking for dynamic individuals to join our growing team.
We are looking for a Tele Sales Executive to join our team and contribute to our sales growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to engage customers effectively.
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain our Apple service offerings.
Convince and convert inquiries into sales by addressing customer queries and concerns.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in the CRM system.
Strong convincing and sales skills.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi and South Indian languages (Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, or Malayalam).
Ability to handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions.
A positive attitude with a target-driven mindset.
Freshers (0-6 months experience) are welcome to apply.
Salary: ₹20,000 per month
Work Schedule: 6 days a week
Shift: Day shift (9 hours per day)
