WIFY is looking for a professional, target-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team in Mumbai (Andheri West). This role involves identifying new business opportunities, onboarding skilled technicians, and building long-term partnerships to drive growth. The ideal candidate must have a passion for sales, workforce hiring, and operations with excellent communication skills and a strong ability to close deals.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Identify and onboard skilled carpenters, technicians, and vendors to expand WIFY’s network.
✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with technicians and contractor partners.
✅ Develop and execute strategies to improve technician acquisition and retention.
✅ Present and promote WIFY’s benefits and earning potential to prospective technicians.
✅ Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for technician onboarding and engagement.
✅ Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and hiring challenges.
✅ Prepare reports on onboarding performance, technician feedback, and hiring gaps.

Job Requirements:

📌 Education: 12th Pass or above
📌 Experience: 0-1 years in sales, business development, or workforce hiring
📌 Skills: Strong negotiation, customer-first approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
