Telecalling Executive

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, and promoting our products/services over the phone. Good communication skills, persistence, and a customer-first attitude are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.

• Explain the company's products/services and respond to customer queries.

• Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.

• Maintain customer database and follow up on potential leads.

• Handle inbound calls, if required, and resolve customer inquiries.

• Maintain records of calls and sales and note useful information.

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets as assigned.

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
